Can I build on extra land adjacent to my plot in B17 Islamabad?
According to most housing societies by laws , extra-land plots fall into three categories. You can also include Category A extra land within the boundary wall and build on it.You can include Category B extra land within the boundary wall, but you cannot build on it.You cannot include Category C extra land in the boundary wall or build on it.
What are extra land plots and why are they more expensive than regular plots?
When land is divided into plots in a housing society, some extra land remains during the measurement. Now instead of wasting this extra land, it is divided equally among the adjoining plots. As a result, some normal plots become bigger, for which the housing society charges some extra money from the plot buyer. You will also find most of the plots with extra land on the banks of rain water drains. This is why these plots are more expensive than normal plots.
Tell me one issue that an estate agent faces frequently?
Since the estate agent receives commission at the end of the deal, the buyer or seller starts unnecessary arguments with him instead of giving him the full commission.Some even flatly refuse to pay commission.They do not consider property visits, mediation between two parties, and assistance in the transfer process as a big task.And often these conflicts escalate to the point where things escalate to fights and abusive language.I request the buyer or seller not to adopt this approach, otherwise they may face the situation of overpaying (paying more than the price) when purchasing a property in the future.
